1. Website use

2. Proposals and project scope
Professional services are provided under a written proposal, statement of work or agreement describing scope, deliverables, timing, responsibilities and fees. Project-specific documents take priority over these general terms.
3. Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing timely information, materials, access and approvals needed for delivery. Delays in these items may affect the project schedule.
4. Fees and payment
Fees, deposits, milestones, taxes and payment terms are stated in the project proposal. Work may be paused when invoices remain overdue.
5. Changes and revisions
Included revisions are described in the agreed scope. Material changes, additional requirements or new deliverables may require a revised timeline and quotation.
6. Intellectual property
Ownership and licensing of final deliverables are defined in the project agreement. Webtrus retains ownership of pre-existing methods, tools and reusable know-how unless agreed otherwise.
7. Third-party services
Projects may rely on hosting, plugins, software, advertising platforms or other third-party services. Their separate terms, availability and charges remain outside Webtrus control.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties should protect confidential information received during an engagement and use it only for the intended project purpose.
9. Termination
Termination rights and resulting payment or handover obligations are set out in the relevant project agreement.
